To promote encourage and stimulate the arts in Martin County and surrounding areas.  Specifically to promote artists, art and cultural organizations; Stimulate government, business and public recognition of the importance of arts; To develop funding sources; To encourage participation; To facilitate arts in education; To survey needs and plan on growth of the arts and to provide cultural opportunities otherwise unavailable.
