To promote and preserve the rich Chinese culture; to exchange cultural programs and knowledge with the community; to service the cultural community in Florida; to teach and to develop Chinese arts.

Projects include many cultural performances in the community, cultural shows for large events, holidays, festivals, in hospitals, retirement homes, for schools, and special event performances throughout the year.
