The Human Services and Public Safety Subcommittee considers issues associated with the well-being of residents in Broward County. The following are issues that the Human Services and Public Safety Subcommittee will look to examine at subsequent meetings: affordable housing and homelessness, public safety and emergency management coordination, senior services, and the exploration of access to justice initiatives. Members of the public can provide their ideas or suggestions during the public comment portion of each Human Services and Public Safety Subcommittee meeting.

The Human Services and Public Safety Subcommittee meets the third Tuesday of every month at 10:00 AM in Room 430 of the Broward County Governmental Center.
