The Governance Subcommittee addresses matters concerning the governance of Broward County. Members of the Governance Subcommittee have initially expressed an interest in taking up the following topics during their subcommittee work: elected mayor, role and makeup of the County Commission, and redistricting. The Governance Subcommittee welcomes the opportunity for the public to provide their comments and ideas during upcoming subcommittee meetings.

The Governance Subcommittee meets the first Friday of every month at 1:30 PM in Room 430 of the Broward County Governmental Center.
