​The Human Services Department of Broward County is home to the Community Partnerships Division, which is responsible for planning, ​coordinating, administering, and evaluating a comprehensive range of programs for both children and adults. These programs include behavioral health, special needs, and childcare services, as well as adult healthcare services, primary care, and HIV/AIDS intervention and treatment. The Division collaborates with community agencies to provide free services to the community. Funding for these services comes from Broward County's general funds, as well as federal and state grants.​​
