Financial Advisor, Zomermaand Financial Advisory Services, LLC
Ms. Zomermaand has been working in Florida with housing finance authorities, Florida Housing Finance Corporation (“FHFC”), other governmental entities and private developers since 1993. Zomermaand Financial Advisory Services, L.L.C., established in 2002, provides advisory services to clients within the affordable housing industry.
Prior to 2002, Ms. Zomermaand was employed by a Florida based private developer. In her capacity as Vice President of Acquisitions and Finance, she was responsible for identification of acquisition sites, due diligence and procuring financing for the acquisition and development of affordable housing communities.
Prior to her position with the private developer, Ms. Zomermaand was a Vice President within the Miami Public Finance office of an investment banking firm. She was the senior manager, co-manager or structuring agent on numerous single and multi-family transactions. Ms. Zomermaand has also held the position of Vice President within the Real Estate Banking Group of a super regional bank and a real estate corporate entity.
She holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin.
