The HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Purchase Assistance Program provides eligible residents (income certified as very low, and low) with a deferred payment loan to be applied towards the down payment for the purchase of eligible owner-occupied affordable housing.

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Purchase Assistance Program provides eligible residents (income certified as very low, low and moderate) with a deferred payment loan to be applied towards the down payment for the purchase of eligible owner-occupied affordable housing.


Available Purchase Assistance

Purchase Assistance is available countywide for CDBG and both countywide and in the City of Plantation and the Town of Davie.
