Approval of May 11, 2011 Regular Meeting Minutes
Broward County Accounting Division and HFA - Memorandum of Understanding
MOTION TO APPROVE: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the HFA and Broward County Accounting Division for two (2) years, from October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2013, at $12,000 per year for internal operating fund/accounting services; authorize the HFA Chair to execute a MOU.
MOTION TO APPROVE the Consent Agenda for June 8, 2011
Properties for Sales (100 NE 3rd Street; adjacent to the HFA property and 202 NE 3rd Street)
MOTION TO DISCUSS: and provide direction regarding the purchase of these properties. The Broward County Real Property Section provided a preliminary or informal estimated value of $125,000 (for the property located at 100 NE 3rd Street adjacent to the HFA 110 building) and $150,000 (for the empty lot west of the HFA 120 building, located at 202 NE 3rd Street). If future due diligence is undertaken, total cost for two (2) appraisals range is expected to be $4,000 or less.
