On March 27, 2006, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to open this community center. The nearly one-acre site is located within unincorporated Broward County. At the request of the Boulevard Gardens Community Group, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners approved the development of the park. Amenities include picnic tables, benches, grills, a lighted concrete pathway, and game equipment (basketball net, tetherball, etc.). The community center offers the free After-School Program for ages 6 to 15, as well as the free Summer Recreation Program and youth sports development programs.
