Division Service Charges

​​Rates, Fees, and Charges Index

Water and Wastewater Engineering Division Service Charges:

1. Project Plan Review - The Division will estimate the construction cost of the project to be reviewed, based on the project owner's approved quantity takeoff. A fee of $350.00 plus two percent (2%) of the estimated project construction cost shall be assessed. This fee covers the initial review and no more than two re-reviews of the projects design drawings and the initial review and no more than two re-reviews of the projects record drawings. The fee for additional re-reviews is $100.00 per re-review. Project owner's plan will not be reviewed until full payment of the plan review fee is received.

2. Project Inspection B The Division will estimate the construction cost of the project to be inspected. A fee of $1,000.00 plus six percent (6%) of the estimated project construction cost shall be assessed.

3. Project owner will pay all inspection overtime at a rate of $100.00 per hour per inspector. Fees will be billed to project owner periodically, and all fees will be paid before Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
