The Broward County Cultural Division’s Cultural Information
Center is a service of the Broward County Commission.

Interior of the CIC -located in Main Library 1st FloorWe are your one-stop shop for information about arts and entertainment events and other happenings in downtown Fort Lauderdale and Broward County aka your "Cultural Concierge". 

The following are the services we provide:
  • Information & brochures for local arts attractions and events
  • Purchase tickets to events
  • plan and map out attractions to visit
  • get schedules of events
  • shop our gift shop
  • pick up local periodicals
  • get mass transit schedules
  • learn how to volunteer

Located by the escalator on the 2nd floor of the Main Library.  View a week-long schedule of cultural & entertainment events on a large crisp plasma TV screen. 

 


 
Volunteers: 
The CIC is run almost entirely by volunteer staff and currently we have over 23 volunteers.  Each person is enthusiastically dedicated to navigating locals and tourists to Broward County's finest arts events and attractions.
