Consumer Protection Division receives five National Association of Counties (NACo) 20​24 Achievement Awards!​

Broward County's Consumer Protection Division, in coordination with the Innovation Unit and Mobility Advancement Program, was the recipient of five NACo 2024 Achievement Awards. B​roward County Citizen Data Portal is Now Live!

The Broward County Citizen Data Portal is a single point of access for anyone seeking to learn more about their community and government through the use of various data-visualization tools. 

Motor Vehicle Repair/Motor Vehicle Body Repair and Paint Shops and their respective Techni​cian Applications and Vehicle For Hire Applications processing are now by appointment or drop off ONLY. Applications without an appointment will no longer be seen or serviced the same day. Please schedule an appointment by using the QLESS scheduling link. Payments for dro​p off applications can be via check or money order.​​​​​​​

Consumer Protection Division (CPD) is located at Broward County Governmental Center West (GCW), 1 N. University Drive, Suite 203 Plantation, FL 33324 and is open from 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).​
