​​Consumer Protection Division receives two 2024 National​ Association of County Information Officers (NACIO) Awards of Excellence!​
Broward County's Consumer Protectio​n Division, in collaboration with the Broward County Innovation Unit, received two NACIO Awards of Excellence in 2024. The annual competition recognizes quality of public information and education outreach campaigns by County governments. ​

Consumer Protection Division (CPD) is located at Broward County Governmental Center West (GCW), 1 N. University Drive, Suite 203 Plantation, FL 33324 and is open from 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).​

We regulate Broward County businesses to:​​​​​​
