A permit is required prior to removal or relocation of any trees within properties owned by Broward County and the Broward County School Board, environmentally designated properties (i.e. LAPC, NRA’s), Unincorporated Broward County and the cities of Hillsboro Beach, Lauderdale By the Sea, Lauderdale Lakes, Lazy Lake, Lighthouse Point, North Lauderdale, Pembroke Park, Sea Ranch Lakes, Tamarac, and Wilton Manors.
