A permit for construction or modification of a parking facility. Applies to facilities which have a capacity of >400 parking spaces in selected areas; Single level parking lot with >1500 spaces; Garages or multi-level parking with > 750 spaces; Combination of single/multi-level parking with > 1000 spaces; modifications to existing parking to exceed thresholds.
