Lenders that participate in the Housing Finance Authority's First Time Home Buyer Program meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m.  The meetings are held at 110 Northeast 3rd Street, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on the following dates:

The Housing Finance Authority of Broward County meets at 5:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month unless otherwise advertised.  The meetings are held at 110 Northeast 3rd Street, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The meeting dates for  the calendar year are:

"Tips" for Home Owners Workshop Dates

Attendance at the "Tips" for Home Owners Workshop is a requirement if you use the SHIP Home Repair and Barrier-Free Programs.  The Workshops are held on a quarterly basis at the Housing Finance and Community Development Division at 110 Northeast 3rd Street, Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The meeting dates for the calendar year are:
