Broadview Estates Neighborhood Improvement Project

The Broadview Estates Neighborhood Improvement Project (BENIP) includes approximately 250 acres, 1500 homes, and 4700 residents. Improvements will include 33 miles of pipe, 16 miles of roadway, and 8.4 miles of sidewalk. There are currently two bid packages planned for this project. Neighborhoods include Broadview Estates and Pompano Park.

North
Bid Package 1	This project is complete.
South
Bid Package 2	This project is scheduled to begin construction in the 4th quarter of 2009 and be completed in the 4th quarter of 2011.
