Design Guidelines

Tenant Design Guidelines Manual

The Tenant Design Guidelines Manual (Tenant DGM) has been developed for the Broward County Aviation Department (BCAD) with design and performance optimization in mind.

The Tenant DGM provides planners, architects, designers, and engineers with design parameters that will direct their creative ideas and solutions toward innovative tenant projects at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. All within a framework that will provide a consistent appearance throughout the Airport.

The document is a resource that helps to establish the selection and overall design appearance for new concession developments. It coordinates their interface with common areas of the airport. All new tenant projects will be required to comply with these guidelines.
