About 311 Broward

311 Broward provides a single point of contact for the services and programs offered by the more than 60 agencies comprising Broward County government. Callers are provided a fast, simple and convenient way to reach trained, professional information specialists with no voice mail and no transferring from agency to agency. 311 Broward handles calls in any language and has English, Spanish and Creole-speaking specialists on staff. The center is open Monday through Friday between 8:30AM and 5PM.

311 Broward also operates the Homeless Helpline, where residents experiencing homelessness can call for assistance with shelter placement and other housing solutions. Call 954-563-4357 Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM. Afterhours support is available weeknights from 5pm-7pm and on weekends from 8AM-7PM.

Individuals with a hearing or speech disability can call Florida Relay at 711.​​​
