In commemoration of National 311 Day on Tuesday, March 11, Broward County Mayor Bean Furr presented the team with a Proclamation recognizing the positive impacts 311 Broward continues to have on the local community.

For more than 25 years, 311 has been handling a wide range of calls, answering questions about everything from property taxes and local business tax receipts, lost pets and abandoned animals, homeless shelter placement and utility assistance, to code enforcement violations and​ building inspections.

The team is proud to serve the residents and businesses of Broward County, answering over 75% of calls in less than 24 seconds.

National 311 Day Proclamation
