Broward County is proposing triennial Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program Goals for eligible on-airport concession and management agreements at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport between October 1, 2023, and September 30, 2026. The proposed triennial ACDBE goals for FY 2024-2026 are as follows:

The Non-Car Rental Concession goal is 23.30%, of which 21.46% will be attained via a race-conscious participation and the remaining 1.84% will be attained via race neutral means.

The Car Rental Concession goal is 2.00%, of which 1.45% will be attained via race-neutral means and the remaining 0.55% will be attained via race-conscious participation. 

The respective methodologies for these two program goals are available for public review for 30 days from the date of this notice at the Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development, located at 115 S. Andrews Avenue, Room A-680, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Broward County will accept comments on the ACDBE goals for 30 days from the date of this notice.
