Most of the records applicable to programs within the Environmental Permitting Division have been scanned and are available electronically on the internet for public review. While the Division continues the effort to make all records available electronically, there are records applicable to the Surface Water Management program which are available only in hardcopy at this time.
Review of the Division's records may be completed in one of two ways:

ENVIROS is an on-line search engine which searches records within the County’s POSSE Licensing and Inspection database from 2001 forward. The Division has also compiled a list of links to other
Environmental Resources that may be helpful in research of specific sites and properties.

You will receive a cost estimate in advance and notification when the files you request are ready for review or pickup. Payment is required before files are released for review or pickup at Broward County Government Center West, 1 N. University Drive, Plantation, Florida 33324.
