Broward County’s Standard Subgrant Award Terms and Conditions applies to grants awarded to the County which are sub-awarded to other government agencies or subgrantees from the community. In order to receive grant funds, each subgrantee ​ must review and comply with the applicable County agency’s terms and conditions.

In the interest of transparency and for constituent convenience, subgrant award agreement terms and conditions for each County agency will be posted on this centralized website. If the County makes changes to the Standard Subgrant Award Terms and Conditions, a summary of the changes along with the previous version will also be available on this centralized website.
