Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), Proposal Preparation, and Fair Housing Workshop Pre-Development Public Hearing

Time: 10:00 A.M.
This serves as the Public Hearing for comments from citizens for the preparation of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (October 1, 2025-September 30, 2026) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Grant (HOME).
The Broward County Housing Finance Division (HFD) is providing the NOFA for projects to be funded with grant funds from HUD.
HOME and ESG Universal Application will be available at the HFD office located at 110 NE 3rd Street, 3rd Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 on Monday, January 13, 2025, at 8:30 A.M. through Friday, February 21, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. A proposal preparation and fair housing workshop, and Public Hearing for the above listed programs will be held the HFD offices on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 10:00 A.M.
