Housing Finance Division (HFD) is accepting applications for Homeowner Program services.
Programs are designed to help preserve Broward County's affordable housing stock with Minor Home Repair, and Barrier Free/Special Needs. For a description of these services, please click here. These programs are for qualified homeowners of owner-occupied single-family properties. Eligible properties include detached single-family homes, townhomes, villas, or condominiums. Duplexes, triplexes, or mobile homes are ineligible.
Services provided on a first-come, first-qualified, first-served basis until available funds are expended. Pre-application period may close without notice.
