The purpose of Hispanic Unity of Florida is to serve immigrants and their families from varying ethnicities. Hispanic Unity of Florida serves clients through job skills development and placement, basic legal status assistance, acculturation programs, language education, and a preventative health and outreach network.

Nova Southeastern University
Nova Southeastern University, a private nonprofit university, with a main campus in Fort Lauderdale/Davie, currently consists of 18 colleges and schools offering over 150 programs of study.
