| b. Forensic pathology and toxicology consultation, expert testimony, and associated fees for other attorneys shall be as follows: |
District Medical Examiner, Associate Medical Examiner, and Toxicology Laboratory Director: |
| a. Court time, deposition time. Conference and phone conference time ("Court Time") | $355.23/hr. or $2,368.22/day |
| b. Review of records and preparation time | $118.41/hr. |
| c. Wait or travel time to testify in court or at deposition (up to one (1) hour limit) | $88.81/hr. |

After one (1) hour, at the Court time rate noted above in b.1.a. | |

2. Other Professional Staff (including Toxicologists, Investigators, Photographers, and Supervisors): |

c. Wait or travel time to testify in court or at deposition (up to one (1) hour limit)
