Special Events

​​​For purposes of this section of the Fee Schedule, the calculation of fees is based upon anticipated attendance at an event. If actual attendance at any event exceeds anticipated attendance, the permit holder will be responsible for the payment of any difference between the fee paid for anticipated attendance​ and the applicable fee for actual attendance.​​​​

The fees set forth in Sale or Service of Alcoholic Beverages Fee, per day, are applicable only to events that are open to the public and are not private events.
The fees set forth in Sale or Service of Alcoholic Beverages Fee, per day, are not applicable to County-approved concession agreements for operation of cafes or restaurants. Such fees may be included in the terms of the concession agreement.

Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium Main Event Field Rental Fee for Events Targeting Tri-County (Broward, Miami-Beach, Palm Beach) Residents
Included in Stadium Rental: locker rooms, downstairs press viewing area, and scoreboard (promoter to supply County-approved scoreboard operator).
Not in included in Stadium Rental: security, police, and EMTs, trash dumpster(s), field lining, field pitch preparation, County-approved scoreboard operator, second floor VIP area in Stadium Field House, and second floor meeting room in Stadium Field House (Presidential Viewing Box).
