To create an inclusive low-stress multimodal transportation network for all ages and abilities in
Broward County.
Low Stress Networks
Emphasize non-motorized travel (walking, biking, personal conveyance devices)
Provide special, high emphasis, or grade separation crossings of arterials
Utilize existing residential and low-volume collector roads
Provide buffered or separated facilities along high-speed/high-volume arterials
Connects neighborhoods, schools, parks, libraries, employment centers, and other destinations
or places of interest
Can be utilized by low-speed personal conveyance devices (i.e., wheelchairs, e-scooters, e-bikes, skateboards, hoverboards, etc.)
