​​The Procurement Innovation Council (PIC) will meet quarterly​ to help identify and discuss solutions and improvements of procurement-related issues. The goal is ​to improve and innovate County procurement processes through solutions at all levels and take advantage of leading-edge tools and best practices from around the world so they can be appropriately adopted to the County environment.​
