West Building (Tower)
A new 714,000-square-foot Civil/Family Courthouse located at the northeast corner of SE 6 Street and SE 1 Avenue in
Fort Lauderdale. The new courthouse building accommodates the needs of the civil and family courts with approximately
77 courtroom spaces, one floor of shell space with roughly 42,000 square feet, and a 500-car parking garage.
