Under Florida Statutes Chapter 177.141, a professional surveyor and mapper may file an affidavit confirming error(s) and/or omission(s) on a recorded plat. In this document, the professional surveyor and mapper must describe the error or omission and the appropriate correction that should be substituted for the erroneous data. |
