​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Human Services Department of Broward County is home to the Community Partnerships Division, which is responsible for planning, ​coordinating, administering, and evaluating a comprehensive range of programs for both children and adults. These programs include behavioral health, special needs, and childcare services, as well as adult healthcare services, primary care, and HIV/AIDS intervention and treatment. The Division collaborates with community agencies to provide free services to the community. Funding for these services comes from Broward County's general funds​, as well as federal and state grants.​​
