In accordance with Broward County Procurement Code, Section 21.45, an Evaluation Committee is established for each RFP, RLI, and RFQ.  Below lists the appointed Evaluation Committee members.  

Effective April 1, 2022 - the Cone of Silence begins upon the advertisement of an ITB, RFP, RFQ, or RLI. For unsolicited public-private partnership (P3), the Cone of Silence starts for Vendor that submitted the proposal upon the County’s receipt of the proposal; and for all other Vendors, it starts upon County’s decision to advertise for the subject matter of the proposal. The Cone of Silence terminates when the solicitation is awarded, all responses are rejected, or the Board takes other action which ends the solicitation. Review the Cone of Silence Ordinance, Section 1-266 of the Broward County Code of Ordinances, for more detailed information.

Refer to the County’s electronic bidding system (Periscope S2G) for the solicitation’s advertisement date, which is the effective date for Cone of Silence for applicable staff and Commissioner offices.
