The following are standard requirements of Broward County for its procurement contracts. Vendors that receive an award from Broward County through Broward County's competitive procurement process must anticipate the inclusion of these requirements in the resulting contract. These requirements are considered non-negotiable subject to the County's final approval. Each Vendor must identify in its response any of the standard contract requirements to which it cannot agree. The Vendor’s response will be considered in the evaluation and selection process for each solicitation.
All agreements are subject to final approval by the County Attorney's Office.
The foregoing are the standard contract forms for Broward County contracts. All contracts are subject to final approval by the award authority (for example, the Board of County Commissioners or the Purchasing Director) and review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's Office.
