The Recording Notification Service (RNS) is offered by the Broward County Recording Office at no charge to Broward County property owners to notify registered property owners via email of property conveyance or property encumbrance documents recorded into the public records. The recorded documents can be monitored by name(s) or property identification number(s), also known as folio or parcel identification number(s). The registered name(s) or property identification number(s) will remain on the notification list until the subscriber modifies or unsubscribes to the service.
