Solid Waste and Recycling Services

Solid Waste and Recycling Services manages waste and recycling services for the Broward Municipal Services District; operates the Broward County Landfill and Residential Drop-off Centers; provides household hazardous waste disposal, residential bulk waste disposal, oversees the Keep Broward Beautiful programs, and provides recycling services for County government facilities and parks.​

Residential Drop-Off Centers​

Accepts Bulk/Yard Waste, Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Electronics ONLY fr om participating municipalities. Normal operating hours are Saturdays, from 9AM to 3PM.  See list of participating cities for Household Hazardous Waste. See list of participating municipalities for Bulk/Yard Waste.
