​​​​​​​​​Welcome to the WellBeing Program! Our program is designed to enhance Broward County employees’ physical, financial, and emotional well-being. We offer a wide range of sessions tailored to your needs and interests. Whether you prefer individual or group sessions, we have you covered. Most sessions are scheduled during lunch hours and break times to ensure they do not interfere with your regular work responsibilities.

Here are some of the programs we offer:

  • RALLY RESET: These engaging sessions are designed to boost motivation and energy.

  • Benefits of an HSA: Learn about the advantages of Health Savings Accounts.

  • Benefits Roadshow: Explore the wide range of benefits available to you.

  • FRS Workshops (requires 25 participants): In-depth sessions on the Florida Retirement System.

  • Medicare Classes: Gain insights into Medicare coverage and options.

  • Deferred Comp Sessions: Understand the benefits of deferred compensation.

  • Financial Education Topics: Learn valuable financial skills and knowledge.

If you have 10 or more employees who would like to participate, we can schedule sessions during breaks, after hours, or at a time convenient for your team with supervisor or director approval. Additionally, if you would like to host an event at your worksite, we can bring our activities directly to you.

​Classes are open to all County employees and their spouses or domestic partner.  Sessions provided by the WellBeing Program are available to all employees during personal break time or as approved by your supervisor. Many sessions are scheduled during lunch hours and at break times for your convenience. Sessions should not interfere with your regular work responsibilities.
