RESILIENCE PLAN IN THE MAKING
The County-wide Risk Assessment and Resilience Plan is a two-year effort to formulate and develop a strategy to build community resilience to the impacts of climate change with a focus on flood and heat mitigation. The project will also assess the economic, financial risk and credit impacts that the County will face as we approach these future conditions.
OBJECTIVES

Integrate robust risk analytics and economic analyses

Include a resilient County infrastructure improvement plan and a redevelopment/adaption strategy.

Provide a visualization platform and written plan to aid regional planning and project tracking

Form a foundation for collective mitigation of future flooding and heat impacts.
