The Broward County Board of County Commissioners is the governing body of the Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD), and provides municipal services for the area, including business and housing development, library and park facilities, roadway maintenance, street enhancements, and zoning and code enforcement. Innovative opportunities to increase household incomes, develop economic stability and improve quality of life for residents within the Broward Municipal Services District are priorities for the Board of County Commissioners. The County continues to implement programs and services that will help to strengthen neighborhoods in the community, for today and for the future.

Broward Municipal Services District (BMSD) Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)
This new small business lending program will provide flexible, low-cost capital for existing businesses, as well as new start-up businesses in the BMSD.
The RLF provides BMSD businesses and commercial property owners with working capital and commercial real estate loans, along with small business training and other support services.

BMSD Code Enforcement handles complaints about violations occurring on properties in the subdivisions located in the BMSD. Find your code enforcement officer by BSMD neighborhood. If you live outside BMSD neighborhoods, locate your municipality code enforcement office by address search or clickable map.
