Ms. Jarrett-Mays is a lifelong resident of South Florida, who graduated from Dillard High School in Fort Lauderdale and was also a cum laude graduate from Florida A&M University, Tallahassee, Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Donna worked with Jacobs Engineering Inc. as an engineer for 12 years. She is now the Broker/Owner with Dream Team Realty, LLC and ADJ Financial Services, Inc, covering the South Florida area. Her focus is helping families obtain homeownership and providing protection with Health, Life and Annuities Insurances. She has holds memberships with the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, National Association of Real Estate Brokers, South Florida Board of Realtists, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), South Florida Chapter, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Broward County Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
